Welcome to DESIGNERSHOP. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased through www.designershop.co.in (“Website”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage
DESIGNERSHOP currently ships across India.
We are continuously expanding our delivery network and will notify customers when new locations are added.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1500

For orders below that amount or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Major cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may experience slight delays.

Unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may extend delivery times.
DESIGNERSHOP is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team at sales@designershop.co.in.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select pin codes.

Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the parcel.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to suspension of this payment option for your account.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
DESIGNERSHOP will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to modify your shipping details after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
8. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order amount (excluding shipping fees) may be refunded after verification, or the item can be reshipped at your cost.
9. International Shipping
Currently, DESIGNERSHOP does not offer international shipping.
We plan to expand this service in the near future.
